Editing and Deleting Items
- To edit an entry in the current encounter, select it to make the required changes.
- To delete an entry in the current encounter, swipe to the left to displayDelete:
A warning message displays. Select Yes to confirm deletion.
- Or Delete
to delete the consultation.
Note - Only items in a current or open encounter can be edited or deleted.
Once the encounter is closed any changes must be made in the practice clinical system.
